1	100 POINT ID	For each borrower: Drivers Licence Passport (in absence of Passport require Birth Certificate,Medicare & BankCard).(Where Driver’s licence is not up to date evidence is required of current address.)
2	COUNCIL RATES	Copy of most current council rates notice for all properties being used as security property.
3	WATER RATES	Copy of most current water rates notice for all properties being used as a security.
4	MORTGAGE STATEMENTS	Up to date copy of 1st mortgage statement for proposed security property.
5	SECURITY DESCRIPTION	Brief description of the proposed security. Eg: Investment property with 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, renovated kitchen, pool & 2 car carport.
6	LOAN PURPOSE	Brief description of what the funds are to be used for.
7	EXIT STRATEGY	Brief description of strategy to repay the loan in full at end of the agreed term. For eg: refinance with leading bank or intention to sell the property by a specific timeframe.
